After-sale service terms
¡¡¡¡Service principle: all the products made and sold by us, including the manufacture management system, monitor system and industrial endoscope, if there is any unqualified one, confirmed by us, you have the rights for our after-sale services within guarantee period. The terms are followed:
¢ñ. Guarantee period:
Hardware:
Since the date out of the factory, free maintenance for one year, permanent repair
Software:
1. Free maintenance for one year: Since the date out of the factory, within one year period, we provide maintenance and upgrade for clients freely.
2. After one year, the software product upgrading shall be charged.
¢ò. Free service limitation:
One of the following conditions is not in the free services:
1. Troubles or destructions due to wrongly equipped, operated or working in abnormal
environment (including overload working)
2. Damage or distortion by transportation, bad protection (such as erosion by wetness,
mechanical damage, manmade broken).
3. Destructions by force majeure: such as earthquake, thunder, etc..
4. Damages due to taken down the product, or repaired, reformed, or misused without
authorization by Beijing Jinkeguang Technology Co., Ltd..
5. Over the period of guarantee time; products not sold by Jinkeguang.
